The town board of the Town of Thornapple, Rusk County, Wisconsin, by this resolution, adopted under the specific authority of s. 6.55 (6), Wis. Stats., by a majority of the town board on a roll call vote with a quorum present and voting and proper notice having been given, resolves and declares as follows:

The Town of Thornapple will abide by Wis. Stat. s. 6.55 (2) (c), which provides that the municipality may provide by resolution that voter registration will be in the presence of the Clerk, Election Inspector, Deputy Clerk, or Special Registration Deputy. Registration and Voting locations will be clearly labeled by the Town Clerk.

This resolution is effective on publication or posting.

The town clerk shall properly post of publish this resolution as required under s. 60.80 Wis. Stats.
