Whereas: Overdier Road meets the Town of Thornapple specifications.

Whereas: Overdier Road was dedicated as a Town of Thornapple road on July 24, 2007.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY The Town of Thornapple as follows: The Town of Thornapple does accept Overdier Road, as a town road and will be maintained by the Tow of Thornapple, and the Tow of Thornapple will claim this road on the gas tax list.
